Soprano Emily Richter is a 2024 Grand Finals Winner of The Metropolitan Opera Eric and Dominique Laffont Competition. Her 26/27 season includes exciting debuts with Hamburg Staatsoper, Hudson Opera and Santa Fe Opera. Originally from Arlington, Virginia, and growing up all over the world from Zimbabwe to London, Emily brings a unique perspective to her singing.  ​
